JIGS SERENADES SENIOR CITIZENS–Businessman Jigs Seen joins members of the Dagupan Volunteers Choir which he formed in serenading senior citizens with classical music during the Panangaro Ed Senior Citizens program held at the Juan Siapno Elementary School in Lasip Chico last March 1. Seen is a member of the city’s popular Bossings Band.
