BIGGEST STREET PARTY—The Department of Tourism (DOT) declares the Dagupan Bangus Festival as the “biggest street party” in the country in the presence of Dagupan City Engineer Virginia Rosario, DOT Undersecretary Oscar Palabyab, Vice Mayor Belen Fernandez, chair of the 9th Bangus Festival, and DOT Regional Director Martin Valera.
