SIGAY FESTIVAL—Mayor Simplicio Rosario of Binmaley leads the grilling of bangus and Malaga to be served to guests who joined the street party during the town’s first Sigay Festival last February 2.  The festival, attended by some 20,000 people, is a celebration of the town’s abundant aquatic resources and was held in conjunction with the municipal fiesta marking the 420th foundation of Binmaley.
