SAN CARLOS CITY— Twenty-one year old Heide Datuin was crowned Miss San Carlos City Anniversary Queen on New Year’s Day during the 45th City Foundation Anniversary celebration held at the Speaker Eugenio Padlan Perez Memorial Amphitheater.

She was crowned by City Mayor Julier Resuello and Miss San Carlos City 2008 Aiza Mae Maramba.

Queen Heide and her Court, runners-up Justine Kaye Eleria, 1st; April Ferrer, 2nd; Apple Pie Brinosa, 3rd; and Rose Ayreen Ramos, 4th, were selected during a beauty pageant held last December 28.

Queen Heide, a resident of Barangay Matagdem, is a new nursing graduate of the Virgen Milagrosa University Foundation.
