SAN CARLOS CITY–The 45^th San Carlos City Foundation Anniversary will be celebrated on January 1, 8:00 p.m., at the Speaker Eugenio Perez Memorial Amphitheater.

One highlight of the program is the coronation of the Miss San Carlos City Anniversary Queen, Heide Sabangan Datuin, by Mayor Julier Resuello and Miss San Carlos City 2008 Aiza Mae Maramba.

Other crowning guests are Miss Magic 2009 Jorydel Prado, Congresswoman Rachel Arenas, and Governor Amado Espino.

The queen and her court were selected during a beauty pageant last December 28, 2009. Her court is composed of Justine Kaye Doria Eleria, first runner-up; April Magleo Ferrer, 2^nd; Apple Pie Rosario Brinosa, 3^rd; and Rose Ayreen Espinosa Ramos, 4^th.

The board of judges during the pageant were COMELEC officer Gloria Cadiente as chairman, GMA Amianan’s Ceejay Torida, ABS-CBN’s Ralph Guieb, Land Bank’s Liza Melendez, Miss Magic 2009 Jorydel Prado, DBP Manager Ailyn dela Cruz, and Chowking Manager Joseph Cua
