RELIEF OPERATIONS—Some 1,000 families in Dagupan who were victims of typhoons “Ondoy” and”Pepeng” receive relief goods under “Operation Tulong Bayan ni Noy at Mar” held at the Dagupan City Plaza on January 5. Similar relief operations were conducted in Rosales. Helping distribute the relief packs is Sophie Roxas, niece of Senator Mar Roxas.
