P207M allocated for infra rehab in early 2010
LINGAYEN–About P207-million will be spent in the early part of this year by the provincial government for the rehabilitation of infrastructure damaged during the big flooding in October 2009.
The Sangguniang Panlalawigan passed a resolution last week authorizing Gov. Amado Espino Jr. to enter into a memorandum of agreement with the secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) for the funds that will be used in the rehabilitation projects.
The funding comes from the national government and released through the DPWH Region 1 office.#
