WHEEL CHAIRS FOR SENIOR CITIZENS— Septuagenarians Primitivo Fajardo and Carolina Guadiz, both from Dagupan City, and three others had their wishes come true when they received a wheel chair each from Senator Manuel Villar Jr. The donations were coursed through Councilor Jesus Canto, former director of the Region 1 Medical Center, and his family who are regularly conducting medical missions in Dagupan.
