SAN CARLOS CITY—Two of this city’s prodigies, brothers Salvamar Franco and Andrew Bryan Sapigao, will hold a free concert here on December 18 and 19, 3:00 p.m. at the Doña Eva Macapagal Elementary School dome.

Bryan, a Promil milk commercial model when he was a kid, is a gifted child in piano. He was a grand champion of the National Music Competition for Young Artists.

Salvamar, nicknamed Omar, like Bryan, was featured on television and national newspapers as a gifted child. Omar sings classical, pop, “kundiman”, and Pangasinan songs.

Engr. Marcelo Casillan Jr., president of the Binalatongan  Historical and Cultural Association, said he convinced the brothers to hold a concert  in their community.

The two are the sons of City Information Officer Rachel N. Sapigao and Engr. Raul B. Sapigao.—LM
