11th Galicayo Festival slated on Dec. 8 to 13

THE 11th Galicayo Festival in honor of the Lady of Manaoag is scheduled on December 8 to 13.

The festival kicks off with the “Misa na Sipan”, a thanksgiving mass for the feast of the Immaculate Conception at 8:00 a.m. on December 8.

On Dec. 11, at 5 a.m., there will be a “Liing”, morning “ronda”, then an Aurora Living Rosary.  On the same day, there will also be a feeding program for children at 10 a.m., sponsored by Gina de Venecia. The SMB street party is scheduled the evening.

The GSM Night is on Dec. 12.

The festival will close on Dec. 13 with a “Walk for Peace and Unity” at 1:00 p.m., followed by the Grand Galicayo Mass to be celebrated by Archbishop Socrates Villegas D.D. at 5:00 p.m.
