NEW AMBULANCES—Gov. Amado Espino,Jr. inspects the five new ambulances purchased by the provincial government for its hospitals upon delivery of the units last Monday at the Capitol grounds in Lingayen. Espino said nine more brand new ambulances and six newly reconditioned units are set to arrive this month.
