US-BASED DCHS ALUMNI WELCOME VEEM BELEN—Los Angeles and San Diego-based Dagupan City High School alumni get together to welcome Dagupan City Vice Mayor Belen Fernandez, center, and 2009 City Fiesta Hermano Mayor, Councilor Karlos Reyna, standing, extreme right, last Sept 20 who arrived to promote Pawil Dagupan for the 2009 December fiesta and 2010 Bangus Festival.
