SUPPORTIVE DAGUPENOS—Members of the Bonuan Association of Southern California, led by their president Manuel Ceralde, were among the many overseas Dagupeños who signified their intention to come home during the city fiesta in December in response to the city’s Pawil Dagupan Program. Dagupan Vice Mayor Belen Fernandez and Councilors Farah Marie Decano and Karlos Reyna were in the U.S. last month to promote the program.
