ARENAS IN BAYAMBANG—Third District Rep. Ma. Rachel Arenas (center in sunglasses) addresses residents of Barangay Bacnono, Bayambang Friday during the second round of distribution of relief goods for the flood victims whose houses in the area were washed away. Arenas is joined by officials of the Department of Public Works and Highways who also gave relief goods after inspecting the damaged earth dike that resulted in eight-feet high rampaging floodwaters.
