GOLDEN WEDDING ANNIVERSARY—It’s 50 years of married life for Felix Sr. and Carmen Tulagan this year.  They will celebrate their golden wedding anniversary and renew their wedding vows on October 31 at the St. Barabas Church in Ontario, Canada. After the church ceremonies, reception will follow at the Rembrandt Banquet Hall.  Both are from San Carlos City, Pangasinan. Their principal sponsors will include Past Grand Knight Luis Carangan (Bayambang) of the Knights of Columbus, San Lorenzo Ruiz Council and Ms. Zenaida Crescini; Quintin Palisoc (Urbiztondo), president of the Pangasinan Association of Canada, and Ms. Cora Palomares.
