DAGUPAN PROMO BLITZ—Dagupan City Vice Mayor Belen Fernandez, together with 2009 City Fiesta Hermano Mayor, Councilor Karlos Reyna, to her left, and Councilor Farah Decano, extreme left, presents a token of appreciation to Pressy and Ben Dimapilis after hosting a luncheon meeting for the visiting city delegation last Sept 20. The get-together was attended by the officers and members of the Dagupan City Association of Southern California, DCHS alumni, and residents of Los Angeles and nearby San Diego counties. It was part of the city government’s US coast to coast promotion blitz to drum up interest in the forthcoming City Fiesta celebration and Bangus Festival in conjunction with the Pawil Dagupan program.
