UL COMMENDED—University of Luzon president Mac Arthur Samson Sr. receives from Vice Mayor Belen Fernandez the resolution from the Dagupan City Sangguniang Panlungsod congratulating the university for being the first in Region 1 to be conferred autonomous and de-regulated status by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), a recognition of its excellent performance in the field of education.
