RED CROSS RECOGNITION—Philippine National Red Cross (PNRC) National Youth Spokesperson Maybelyn dela Cruz-Fernandez, joined by Red Cross youth volunteers from the University of Luzon, receives the PNRC Pangasinan Chapter Blood Donor’s Recognition from Vice Gov. Marlyn Primicias-Agabas during awarding ceremonies held August 5 at the CSI Stadia Dagupan City. She is joined by Chapter vice chair Dr. Vivencio Villaflor, board of directors Dr. Ma. Lilia Juan, City Administrator Alvin Fernandez, Lorenzo Torres and Carmelo Vidal.
