POLITICAL VANDALISM—When Iglesia ni Cristo celebrated its 95th anniversary, road streamers with greetings from supporters and friends sprouted in Lingayen. One such streamer was from Rep. Victor Agbayani and Dra. Jamie Agabayani (see inset) but vandals wasted no time in cutting it in half to obliterate the names and faces of the Agbayani couple shortly after installers left it. Friends of INC who witnessed the vandalism described it as “foul play”.
