PANGASINAN-SICHUAN SISTERHOOD TIES—Gov. Amado Espino Jr. (seated left) and Sichuan Exec. Vice Governor Wei Hong (seated right) sign the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that signifies sisterhood ties between the provinces of Pangasinan and Sichuan, China last August 21 at Chengdu, capital of Sichuan.  The MOU will establish links in the fields of industry, agriculture, trade, science and technology, culture, and education, among others, sports, health, personnel, social welfare and others.
