MANUEL-TANGCO NUPTIALS—The Tangco and Manuel families get together for the grand wedding photo souvenir after the Church rites that united Maria Joycelynn Oviedo Tangco and Romeo Miranda Manuel in Holy Matrimony. The bride is the daughter of Engr. and Mrs. Alfredo Tangco while the groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Conrado Manuel. Both families are from Dagupan City. The wedding was solemnized August 22 at the picturesque hilltop St. Francis of Assisi Church in Milpitas, California. It was officiated by the groom’s uncle, Rev. Fr. Sonny Manuel, the rector of the Jesuit community in Sta. Clara, California.
