DIALOGUE WITH FARMERS— Gov. Amado Espino, Jr. (upper photo) holds a dialogue with farmers from the first to third districts of the province to address their irrigation problems during the “Irrigators Forum” at the Narciso Ramos Sports and Civic Center (NRSCC) last August 28. He assured the farmers that the provincial government has launched various programs and projects, among them the construction of Modern Rice Processing Complex at the Provincial Nursery in Sta.
