THE provincial government will host the 95th Anniversary Program of Iglesia Ni Cristo (INC) slated on July 27 at the Narciso Ramos Sports and Civic Center (NRSCC).

The event is expected to gather 80,000 to 100,000 INC members from all over Pangasinan and delegates from the neighboring provinces of Tarlac and Zambales.

Paterno Orduña, the executive assistant in the capitol overseeing the preparations for the event, said elaborate traffic and security measures have been prepared in coordination with the provincial police force and the INC’s traffic and security task force.

Motorist assistance centers and road signage will be strategically set in the vicinities of  Barangay Quibaol, Barangay Tonton and at the intersection in Barangay Baay in Lingayen, and in Barangay Poblacion and Nansangan, Barangay Magsaysay in Labrador; in Sitio Socony, Barangay Salasa in Bugallon; and in Poblacion and Nansangaan, Barangay Biec in Binmaley.

The Lingayen Police Station will implement a traffic re-routing scheme from 8 o’clock in the morning to 5 o’clock in the afternoon on the day of the event.
