RECONCILIATION—Barangay Health Worker Federation president Roberta Biason and P/Insp. Marites Aradanas of the Dagupan PNP shake hands as a gesture of reconciliation after a public hearing at the Sangguniang Panlungsod on June 15. The Sangguniang Panlungsod, presided by Vice Mayor Belen Fernandez, played a role ending the rift between Biason, representing her peers, and Aradanas that was triggered by the latter’s earlier statement that a certain barangay health worker is suspected of performing abortion in the city.
