Job fair during Agew na Dagupan
The Mega Livelihood and Jobs Fair initially held in La Union sponsored by the Department of Labor and Employment and other government agencies to commemorate Independence Day will be continued in Dagupan from June 21 to 23.
This time, however, the activity will be held in conjunction with Dagupan Charter Day celebration on the theme “Itanduro Pinablin Dagupan” (Rise Beloved Dagupan), said Adonis Peralta, chief of the Labor and Employment Office in Pangasinan. It will be co-sponsored by the Dagupan City government and the CSI Group of Companies.
The job fair will be held at the Big Atrium of the CSI the City Mall in Lucao which also hosted the same event in San Fernando City, La Union.
Added feature of the job fair are “Diskwento Plus” for workers at CSI the City Mall, “One-Stop- Shop” to be conducted by the Department of Foreign Affairs, National Statistics Office (NSCO). Help Desk, medical/dental and Botika ng Bayan, and distribution of malunggay cuttings.
A press conference will be held after the opening program.- LM
