HOW IT SHOULD BE—The Special Weapon and Tactics (SWAT) operatives of the Dagupan City police station demonstrate how an arrest should be made in a pursuit operation. The demonstration was part of the Annual General Inspection-Operational Readiness Security Inspection Test and Evaluation last week.
