SCUBA INSTRUCTION—Dagupan City Councilor Karlos Reyna gives Ms. Earth 2008 candidates some tips on scuba diving last Oct. 24, 2008 at the Hundred Islands in Alaminos City. Reyna, a certified PADI scuba diving instructor, joined Alaminos City Mayor Hernani Braganza in welcoming the candidates to the province.
