BOLINAO FISH FARM—Manny Soriano (with megaphone) of the Office of Agriculture, gives provincial government employees an orientation on the mangrove seedlings propagation project being implemented at the Bolinao Fish Farm. The fish farm has been developed by the Espino administration for raising high value fish such as lapu-lapu, mud crabs and for propagation of various species of mangroves.
