Michael F. leads K of C district
DAGUPAN City Councilor and Presiding Officer Pro-Tempore Michael Fernandez was installed as the new District Deputy of the Knights of Columbus District L-36 for Columbian year 2008-09 during a formal ceremony held September 9 at the Fr. George Willmann Center Intramuros, Manila.
He was appointed by State Deputy Alonso Tan upon the recommendations of Archbishop Oscar V. Cruz and Msgr. Rafael Magno. Sir Knight Michael Fernandez will succeed Sir Knight Pedro Caldito.

The Knights of Columbus, a Catholic fraternal organization founded in New Haven, Connecticut, has been in existence in the Philippines for more than 100 years.
Fernandez is also a Fourth Degree Knight, an Honor Guard, Former Youth Director, Past Chancellor, Past District Warden and has been an active member for the past 12 years. #
