PACA plans more projects for kabaleyans back home

TORONTO, ONTARIO, CANADA–Most Filipino associations throughout the world are undertaking projects that will benefit their respective kababayans and their places of origin in the Philippines.
No different is the Pangasinan Association of Canada (PACA) or the Annak Ti Pangasinan, which continuously develops and works for more projects that will benefit their fellow Pangasinenses back home.
PACA, founded nine years ago by Dr. Ernie Quinit, is now headed by Willie Rapanan as the association president.
When Rafanan was the president of the Annak Ti Villasis, the association made possible the construction of a tiled gate for the Villasis public auditorium.
The initial project of the Pangasinan Association of Canada (PACA) this year was the construction of two multi-purpose school classrooms in Barangay Sumabnit in the town of Binalonan, Pangasinan. The building was named in honor of Nieves Ramos, a member and active supporter of PACA.
According to Rapanan, the association is planning to construct more classroom buildings in Pangasinan. It also plans to donate two dialysis machines to hospitals this year.

Terry Burguillos, secretary; Berniece Lustina, deputy secretary; Rose Peregrino, treasurer; Sorinia Sison, deputy treasurer; David Domingo, Genny Garcia, Ben Sison and Pascual Ramos, auditors; Priscilla Rapanan, Jun Jacob, Alice Junatas, and Gemma Laicon, press relations officers;
Quentin Palisoc, Merle Aldana, Lan sison, business managers. Board of Directors are Cesar Ramirez, chairman; Sam Castillo, Susie de Vera, Romy tan, Gloria Medina, Imorry Bizarra, Felix Tulagan, Christy Pe Benito, Norma Panlilio, and Josie Organo, members.
Board of Advisors is composed of Dr. Ernie Quinit, Ben Arcalas, Romy de Vera, and Alma Benemerito.
