Lyceum graduate tops optometry examination
Dr. Voltaire Emeliano Siapno-Tada, a graduate of the Lyceum Northwestern University College of Optometry in Dagupan, topped the recent Board Examinations for Optometrists given by the Professional Regulation Commission.
Tada, son of Mr. and Mrs. Vic Tada, was hailed by LNU President Gonzalo Duque for his achievement.

He will be honored by his fellow LNU alumni and former school mates at the Malued Elementary School through a week-long community outreach program, sponsored by the Siapno Tada Optical, in observance of “Sight Saving Month” on August 25 to 30.
Students will be given free eye check-up and prescription eyeglasses during the outreach program.
Tada graduated from the Malued Elementary School for his primary education where he was a consistent academic finisher and student leader. He finished secondary education at the Dominican High School.
His mother, the former Dr. Vicky Siapno, is the daughter of the late Gaudencio Siapno, former Dagupan City mayor.#
