LIGHT AT LAST—Cabalitian Island, a part of Sual town and a kilometer away from the mainland, is now enjoying power supply through a P20-million submarine cable linked to the coal-fired Sual Power Station. The cable project is a joint undertaking of Tokyo Electric Power Company or Tepco and Marubeni Corp.
