ROWELL Allan A. Rocaberte placed 3rd in the recent Electrical Engineers licensure examination and 6th in the Electronic Communication Engineers licensure examination conducted by the Professional Regulation Commission in May 2008 and March 2008 respectively.

Rowell, 22, joins anelite group of double board topnotchers in his alma mater, St. Louis University in Baguio City, where he obtained his bachelor degrees in electrical and electronics communication engineering last October.

A consistent dean’s lister and a member of the multi-awarded St. Louis Pep Squad, cheering and dance group of the SLU Rowell is a resident of Bonuan Gueset in DagupanCity and is the son of Dean Tito G. Rocaberte and Leticia A. Rocaberte, professors at the University of Pangasinan.

He finished his secondary course at the St. John Cathedral School.
