BABY ARENAS SHOOTFEST—Third District Rep. Rachel ‘Baby’ Arenas (right photo) welcomes participants to the “1st Cong. Rachel ‘Baby’ Arenas Invitational Cup” held at the Greenfields Firing Range in Bacundao East, Malasiqui recently. The Malasiqui Practical Shooters Association, led by Pabs Cuison and Osmundo Lambino, hosted the event and was participated in by 27 shooters clubs from the National Capital Region, Tarlac, Zambales, Nueva Ecija, Bulacan, Baguio City and Pangasinan.
