FIRE BEFORE THE FESTIVAL–Vice Mayor Belen Fernandez, who has her hands full as chair of the Dagupan Bangus Festival 2008 which will start on April 16, leads other city officials including City Social Welfare Officer Elsa Santillan, Nutrition office head Leah Aquino and City Engineer Virginia Jane Rosario in distributing relief goods, consisting of blankets, used clothing, canned goods, noodles and rice, to victims of a fire in Rivera Street on April 7, leaving 46 households homeless.
