OLD FAMILIES, NEW CHAPEL— Rep. Jose de Venecia Jr., Mrs. Aurora Samson-Reyna, Dr. Nene Villaflor, and Msgr. Rafael Magno lower the capsule that marks the start of the construction of the Capilla San Juan Evangelista beside the St. John’s Cathedral in Dagupan City.
