Kiwanis Dagupena hosts all-female marathon
The Kiwanis Club of Dagupeña, Metro Dagupan will hold the “Dagupan Pinay Idol Marathon”, an all-female marathon, as part of the Women’s Month celebration on March 8 at the Dagupan City plaza.
The marathon, which will kick off at 5 a.m., will have a three-kilometer race for six to 12-year olds, and a five-kilometer run for 13 years old and above.
Club president Margie Ursua said there are 200 slots available on a first-come-first-served basis.
Registration center is at the Sangguniang Panlungsod office of Councilor Farah Marie Decano, who is supporting the event.
