Farah speaks in Candon
DECANODAGUPAN Councilor Farah G. Decano, national president of the Lady Local Legislators’ League, was the guest speaker in the Women’s Month celebration of Candon City, Ilocos Sur. Introduced by SPM Rhodana Abrero, vice president of 4L, Decano spoke on the theme “CEDAW Ng Bayan, Yaman Ng Kababaihan”. SPM Rosario Villalobos, chairperson of Committee on Women, delivered the welcome remarks while Kag. Merlie Manzano, president LCW Bagani-Ubbog gave the closing remarks. #
