BRIEFING ON REHAB PLANS—Gov. Amado Espino Jr. briefs to executives of the Department of Agriculture, Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources, National Irrigation Authority and the ABONO party list on the present agricultural status of the province during a meeting held at the President’s Hotel in Lingayen.
