CONCERT FOR THE YOUTH—The Pandaragupan Youth Orchestra, in cooperation with the National Commission for Culture and Arts, holds a concert at Ednas School-Alaminos in an awareness program for the youth. The performers are Ariel Sta. Ana (principal clarinet), Joy Sababan (principal violin II), Fernando Dumlao (viola), Herrich Ortis (cello) and Arnel Jacinto (bass). The next concert will be held at Our Lady of Manaoag Youth Center on March 10.
