OKLAHOMA MEDICAL MISSION—Vice Mayor Belen Fernandez comforts seven-year old Erik Querer of sitio Careenan in Poblacion Oeste who is suffering from cerebral palsy before he is examined by doctors from the Philippine Medical Association-Oklahoma USA chapter who arrived in Dagupan City on a medical mission for psychiatric patients at the Philippine Mental Health chapter building.
