INSPIRATIONAL TALK—PNP Region 1 Director Chief Supt. Leopoldo Bataoil delivers an inspirational talk to the participating cyclists at the starting line of the “RD Gen. Bataoil – Jesus Garcia Cup” bikefest that started and finished in barangay Buenlag, Mangaldan last Sunday.
