BOOKS FOR THE BARANGAY—The Inner Wheel Club of Dagupan East headed by Leah Ferrer-Patungan turns over assorted books donated by Susan and Andrew Huwa, and Frank and Malou Lee to the barangay council of Pantal, Dagupan City. Others in photo are former Councilor and Rotary Club of Dagupan East president-elect Dominador ‘Boy’ Rayos and Gloria de Vera. The books were received by Barangay Captain Lilia Perez-Yazar, Council members Dymphna Sta. Maria-Ferrer, Joey Francisco and Barangay Administrator Gildo Mejia.
