ALAMINOS CITY— A Christian ministry in Hawaii shared its blessings with the people of Alaminos City by donating assorted medicines to the city’s poor.

The donation was made by the Light of the World Missions International (LOWMI) of Hawaii headed by Pastor Richard B.W. Ing.

Lemton Agricola and Venjie Agricola of Project ADAM (Anti-drug Abuse Movement) turned over the donation last week to the Alaminos City government.

Mayor Hernani Braganza, with Dr. Victoria Carambas, head of the City Health Office (CHO), and City Administrator Wilmer Panabang, received the donation.

Braganza thanked Pastor Ing and LOWMI for the medicines and asked them to continue to help the city’s less fortunate residents.

Lemton Agricola said the donation was raised by Pastor Ing, along with some mission members and friends, including Mr. & Mrs. Reuben and Valerie Danao, Dr. Jeffery Kam, Dr. Allan Kunimoto, and Dr. Arturo Salcedo, all residents of   Honolulu, Hawaii.

Early last month, Agricola solicited assistance from the Ohana Haven Ministries of Hawaii.

He added that they are expecting more deliveries in the future as the CHO and LOWNI are currently drawing up guidelines on the proper distribution of medicines to the needy constituents.

Agricola said Pastor Ing is set to visit the city next year to spearhead free livelihood trainings on making papaya soap, detergents, vinegar, hand fans, and brooms.

Pastor Ing is also planning to bring some doctors from Hawaii to conduct free medical missions. #
