MEETING THE HONEST DAGUPEÑO– House Speaker Jose de Venecia takes a break from his hectic schedule in Congress last Thursday to commend 11-year old Gicoven Abarquez for his good deeds and honesty. Abarquez found and returned to the Dagupan City Police Station the P18,000 cash that he found while collecting discarded plastic bottles that he regularly sells to augment the family’s income. Abarquez is accompanied by his grandmother Adelaida and mother Maria while receiving cash gift from Speaker de Venecia.
