AKO AY PILIPINO—Rizzie Kimberly Raguindin, a 4th year student at the Dagupan City National High School, beams with pride as she holds her championship trophy after winning the “Ako’y Pilipino Contest” of the Inner Wheel Clubs of the Philippines, Inc. District 379 held recently in San Fernando City, La Union. Raguindin is the contestant of the Inner Wheel Club of Dagupan and will represent the IWC District 379 in the national level to be held in Manila next year.
