The Divine Word Academy of Dagupan, the first and only Catholic school with a Chinese curriculum in the entire northern Luzon, marks its 50th year of existence this year with a grand alumni homecoming as the highlight of the affair on October 6.

The theme of this year’s Golden Jubilee celebration is ‘We remember, we rejoice, we renew!’,

According to Rev. Fr. Crisogono Cancino, school director, the homecoming’s schedule of activities includes a motorcade around the city at 2 p.m. on October 6. A liturgical mass follows at 3:30 p.m.
