PANGASINAN’S PRIDE— Paul Ballesteros of Pozzorubio and Mangaldan-born Jazy Garcia race to a neck-and-neck finish during the 6th Guam Annual Jazy Cup held recently. The two Pangasinenses topped the race, beating 58 other participants, logging in their second straight victory in two weeks in cycling competitions organized by the Guam Cycling Federation, the national cycling group of Guam affiliated with the world cycling body Union Cycliste Internationale.
