Former Councilor Alex de Venecia is moving into a new field. After losing his seat in the Dagupan City Council, he formed a non-profit organization and launched a radio program bearing the same name – Community and Lives Improvement.

De Venecia, now a professor at the University of Pangasinan, University of Luzon and Lyceum Northwestern University, said he decided to continue his community projects by hosting a multi-faceted radio program that will focus on topics like cooperative, livelihood, education, entrepreneurship, health care, public safety and good governance.
His program will be aired starting on Sept. 3 Mondays and on Wednesdays from 5-6 p.m. and on Sundays from 8-9a.m. at DWPR 1296 khz.
He said personalities who have the appropriate experience and dedication in sharing their expertise and talents on how to improve life in the communities will be guesting in his program.
