Ma. Avigail Martha Acuña Pastoral, eldest daughter of Atty. Vincent Catubig Pastoral and Annabelle Peralta Acuña, successfully passed the pharmacist licensure examination given last July 3, 2007 in Manila.

She was among the top 8 examinees with an average of 88.42. A persistent honor student since elementary and high school, she graduated as class valedictorian at Ednas School Dagupan City.

She ranked No. 5 in her class in Pharmacy at the University of the Philippines Manila. She is now on her second year College of Medicine in UP Manila as a scholar.

She is the granddaughter of the late spouses Dr. Aquilino Callanta Pastoral and Thelma Laurel Catubig of Dagupan City and the late spouses Atty. Jose Alcazar Acuña and former Provincial Board Member Atty. Dolores Fernandez Peralta of Malasiqui, Pangasinan.
